We want to give a shout out to Michael and the whole maintenance crew. They respond in a timely manner to any issue that comes up, no matter how small it is. They are polite, funny, and always friendly. We love joking around with them in the halls.

10/10 would recommend to a friend. Jess the leasing manager made everything super easy! Kayla and Aleena are also great, from moving in or locating the right info. PLUS the building is in a wonderful location downtown.. how does it get better?

I have been here for the last 1.5yr or so and my girlfriend has been here almost 3! This place is in a great location walking distance to all of downtown, and all the staff here are awesome. Jess and Kayla in the office are super nice and willing to help with whatever needs to be done, often times coming into the office early or staying late. They host community events for the building multiple times a month to get to know everyone in the building. This is also a very dog and animal friendly place. Thank you olive staff for what you do!

Jess does an amazing job at managing this property. She is very attentive and responsive. I know I can trust that she will do whatever she can to make residents feel comfortable. The Olive is conveniently located near GateWay Mall + love that I can just walk across the street to the farmers market!

My wife and I spoke with Kayla 5/25 regarding an apt. We applied that same day and by Monday evening 5/27, we were approved. Kayla is awesome! She answered every single question we had without hesitation and also sent a video of the new apt before we moved in. Moving to a new state can be very exhausting however Kayla made the entire process super easy for us . Thank you Kayla!! ❤️ Jesse is the property manager and she has been nothing but amazing to us. Anything we need, her and the team have been able to assist us. No questions asked. We were welcomed with open arms. I love the communication the office has with its residents. I love the community events they have. I absolutely love how diverse it is. My neighbors are nice. The neighborhood is amazing. I’m glad my family chose The Olive. I can see us being here for a very long time.
