Apartment REVIEWS IN Salt Lake City

Nothing but 5 stars from my husband and I with our experience so far at The Olive! We have had multiple interactions with the staff, including Rylie, Alondra, Janae and Justin and these are just good, professional people who want to do what is best for residents and The Olive and have the skills and talents to do both! (I know I am forgetting other names who have been just as top notch, since we just got here but just wanted to write a quick post.) Rylie took us on our first tour and we signed on the spot. She was so genuine and excited about her work and listened carefully to our needs. Alondra has also gone above and beyond with us consistently. She has made our experience smooth and fabulous. She has been very compassionate, patient, kind and thoughtful. Justin has been so responsive and easygoing with a couple of minor maintenance requests. I also met and worked with Janae, the regional manager and I see why her team is such a well-oiled machine with her leadership. We got lucky to land such a beautiful place here and be around great people.

I’ll be moving out of The Olive Apartments in the next few weeks, and before I go I really felt compelled to leave this review for the leasing office staff, especially Alondra. Living here, I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with her. She’s always been kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. You can tell she cares about doing her job well and about the residents she (and the rest of the staff) serves. There have been times when I’ve been walking by the office and have overheard residents raising their voices at the staff. Even without knowing the full situation, it’s clear that NO ONE deserves to be spoken to that way. Despite that, the location here is truly hard to beat. You’re right in the heart of Salt Lake City, a short walk to convenient spots like City Creek Center, The Gateway Mall, Temple Square, Pioneer Park, and plenty of local restaurants and bars to have fun. The apartments themselves are beautiful, modern, and well maintained. It genuinelly feel luxurious. I’ve truly enjoyed living here. I’ll genuinely miss the staff and the community here. Thank you for making my time at The Olive a good one.

Rylie has helped me much in finding a great place to stay that works well with my budget and my schedule for school. Shes so ecstatic and great to talk to and ask questions.

I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. The apartment is clean, modern, and quiet, and maintenance is quick to respond when something needs fixing. The staff Riley is friendly and always communicates well about updates or packages. Overall, a solid place to live and worth the price. Riley amazing job with this.

Riley was seriously amazing. I have never had a better experience. She was so transparent with the process, so encouraging, and so amazing. She is so good at this job and so personable.

I came in for a tour with Alondra, and she was great! The property was clean, well-kept, and had a nice atmosphere. I’m still considering my options with nearby places, but this one is definitely at the top of my list.

The apartment management is highly effective, with the building's common areas maintained in a consistently clean and fragrant condition. The staff members are exceptionally attentive and hospitable, providing valuable assistance with moving and installing equipment in a consistently friendly manner. I am thoroughly satisfied with my residence here！

I love my apartment at the Olive. High ceilings, large kitchen island, big bathrooms, and floor to ceiling windows, and the office, and maintenance staff are terrific.

I’ve lived here for over a year and absolutely love everything about it. It’s so safe and secure and clean! The office, maintenance, and cleaning staff are so kind and quick to help or respond. They always keep us updated on anything we need to know going on with the building. I love my little home!
